Dr. Benedetta Marmugi

Benedetta earned her law degree at the University of Florence and is registered as a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati in Florence. She is also a certified mediator, which she earned at the University of Florence, Italy. She deals with civil law matters, and has inveterate experience in the respective areas of executive policy and procedure; moveable and immovable assets. She acts as support administrator at the Law Court in Florence and is a founding member of “Toscana Concilia”, an association that fosters the process of arbitration and mediation and alternative tools for resolving disputes and controversies.
She is a rapporteur on the theme of mediation at national conventions, and is also a member of the FIDAPA Federation.
She loves horse-riding and Nature, and often participates in cross-country equestrianism.

After earning a law degree at the University of Florence, Jacopo specialized in Forensic Science. He is currently registered at the Ordine degli Avvocati in Florence. He is primarily involved with banking law and labor law; his expertise lies in brand names and the protection of industrial property.
He loves Tuscany, its landscape and history. For this reason, when he is free he takes his mountain bike and goes in search of hidden hamlets.
